My grandkids love this series of “Dork” books for their dry humor, and anarchic wit. I read this one before gifting it to them. I admit I didn’t it that funny but the kids thought it was just great. They are a better judge than I as to what kids like and find humorous. They give all theDork books the highest accolades.
I love Rachel Renee Russel so much. The struggles of Nikki Maxwell are certainly real, and Russel is so good at expressing emotions and feelings of her characters. The story itself is very clear. I can look at this and think that it is real, like a true story. The one thing that I am not sure about is the amount of drama. It might make young girls worry too much about school. Otherwise, this is a great book. I would recommend this to anyone from seven to seventy!
great book, my child loves it! When I went to go look for her at her video game console, she wasn't there. I went into her room and she was on page 346 and had just started. I ordered the other books and I've found a way to keep her off of screens. Thanks !
My 11 yr old daughter is in love with these books. She can never wait to devour the next one when it arrives. ❤️❤️❤️
My 10yr old daughter loves the ‘Dork Diaries’ series, she does skip around and this is her 5 book this school year. I like the series because they qualify for her accelerated reader goals and tests. A school requirement.
I really liked it sometimes I fell as if I go through the same stuff Nikki does but I have never been bullied before but I do have the BEST friends EVER. I suggest this book to anyone and everyone and a bunch of kids in my classes at school would agree. Our library has those books but it is almost impossible to get them
cause they are ALWAYS out. The only way I could get to these books was to buy them. I would even suggest this book to boys all the boys in my class have at least read one of them and almost all of the boys are burrowing them from other students, teachers, or the library. So please BUY THIS BOOK I love it and I think you will to. )
This is a really good book it’s F-U-N-N-Y and it deserves five stars from my 3 younger siblings (Francesca Tammy and Dexa) my 2 twins (Krissy and Joshua ) (Btw Joshua is a boy )and my older twin siblings (Gracie and Elie) say “Your books are the best even though we are a family of nine doesn’t mean reading your books isinglass something we can do together” Thank you for looking at this rating I hope our big family inspired you to read Rachel Renee Russells books(if you are wondering how we travel we have a minivan 🤣🤣🤣)Bye goodnight and happy new year from the Wilson familly
