Ms. Jasper will one day be known as the Queen of Horror and in the words of my mom "You Mark My Words" What Hatred Breeds will also become a movie. Not only is this book a page turner but it is very well written and the characters are clearly defined; the mark of a great writer. Ms. Jasper has the ability to take you to a place you never thought you would be within her story. I had the personal pleasure of being at a book signing with Ms. Jasper and after hearing about the book, she had individuals downloading the book at the signing and requesting to pre-order their copy! Something unheard of for a first time author. I don't like comparing authors to other authors but in this instance I must say Ms. Jasper is already in the ranks of Koontz, Rice & King. It is definitely a must read!

"What Hatred Breeds" is a real page turner ... I could not put it down!!!! This is truly a winner!
This debut book by Kimberly Jasper is a must read. This author take you on a page turner into the lives of Julian and Kayla. With evil on their trail this couple face a darkness and the author takes you with them in the descriptive way she writes. Can't wait to read more from this writer.
Ms. Jasper is an amazing writer who captures the heart & heartlessness of each character. I look forward to more of her stories.
From the first chapter I was drawn into the lives of the characters; even Stella. I admit I don't have time to read for enjoyment much, but for this book I found the time. I couldn't put it down! At times I was on the edge of my seat yelling not realizing that I was the only one in the movie. Feeling a little crazy, I found my self frequently explaining my excitement. A must read. I can't wait until the sequel.
The story was good, having great potential, but was bogged down with excessive narrative. Characters would be better served and more relatable through more back story and interaction, and less repetition.
Still, I would recommend this book to those who enjoy reading about the supernatural.
I highly recommend EVERYONE to read this book!!! Kimberly, is a wonderful writer. I felt as though she were writing pages from my own life. I am right now in a fight of my own and this book gave me renewed strength and vigor to continue to do what needs to be done to get the victory that is already mine. I can't wait for more from her. She has a bright writing future ahead of her. I'm a huge fan -))
I loved this book. I am an avid reader and author. I haven't been able to concentrate long enough to enjoy reading ANY book cover to cover in some time now. Something about this book jumped out at me. Once I started reading it I couldn't stop!! I'm interested in reading the author's other books. I'd recommend this book to ANY and EVERYONE!! You won't regret it in the least. I can't think of one thing that I didn't like about this book. Happy reading)
